Public Logic and Accuracy Test Set for July 25th for 2024 Primary Election

JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland invites the public to attend the Public Logic and Accuracy testing of our automated tabulating voting equipment at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024.

This public pre-election test is required by Florida Statute 101.5612(2) ahead of the August 20th Primary Election. The public test verifies that the tabulators will correctly count votes cast.

The Public Logic and Accuracy test will be held inside the Duval County Elections Center at One Imeson Park Boulevard, Suite 100, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 at 2:00 p.m. following the pre-election board meeting at noon which is also open to the public.

The Logic and Accuracy test is a random sample of one precinct tabulator performed from each of the 14 Jacksonville City Council Districts, one Early Voting site, and all four high-speed tabulators (DS950).

If you have questions about the Public Logic and Accuracy Test, please call the Duval County Elections Office at 904-255-VOTE (8683) or visit our website at
