With a Near 80% Turnout Expected on Election Day, Voters Urged to Early Vote

JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland urges eligible voters to take advantage of our 24 Early Voting sites to cast their ballots for the General Election.

Early Voting sites will be open from October 21, 2024, though November 3, 2024, in Duval County. Hours for early voting in Duval County are from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The locations are listed on our website at duvalelections.gov.

With a turnout out predicted near 80%, and with fewer election day polling sites than in 2020, Supervisor Holland is predicting long lines if voters wait till election day to vote.

The General Election is set for Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.
